Job Summary

  • Partner with stakeholders to scope and co-design enterprise-wide people frameworks to support strategic and business needs.
  • Lead the research, scoping, recommendation, co-design and implementation of new or enhanced strategic people frameworks and initiatives.
  • Ensure solutions are fit for purpose, future focused, and prepare the organisation for success over a 10-year time horizon.

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Human Resources or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in designing enterprise-wide people frameworks systems and processes
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitation, influencing and project/program management
  • Experience managing and influencing diverse stakeholder groups
  • Experience in conceptualising, analysing and developing human-centric solutions
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity
  • Experience communicating ideas to senior management and Executives
