  • Develop departmental goals for new incremental income, coach direct reports on sales activities, and ensure adequate staffing and training for current and future needs.
  • Manage a team with a combined portfolio of commercial relationships, including significant loan and deposit portfolios, and ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
