Intel is seeking a Foundry Site Quality Program Manager to lead quality improvement initiatives within their semiconductor manufacturing operations in Hillsboro, Oregon. Job Summary

  • The OR Site Quality Program manager will be a senior member in the Foundry Quality and Reliability Team, responsible for measuring and reporting on Fab quality, generating and implementing Fab Quality improvement programs, and supporting Quality Meetings and Quality Improvement Teams.
  • This role focuses on leading initiatives aligned with Intel's Foundry Quality Pyramid, partnering cross-functionally to identify risks, prevent excursions, and implement hard fixes across the factory and value flow.

Key Requirements

  • Masters degree in relevant engineering/science field
  • 3+ years technical experience in Semiconductor industry
  • Experience with Quality Management tools/standards
  • Ph.D. in relevant engineering/science field (preferred)
  • Experience with FMEA, SPC, change control (preferred)
  • Knowledge of semiconductor processing techniques (preferred)
  • Advanced packaging process knowledge (preferred)
  • Post fab process knowledge (preferred)
  • Experienced in model-based problem solving (preferred)
