Job Summary
Assist the Regional Customer Service Manager in supervising a portion of the France team to ensure high-performing customer service, including orders, billing, complaints, and logistical discrepancies.
Develop a continuous improvement approach for service processes, including order processing (EDI and Esker), returns, backorders, credit release requests, and new product launches.
Monitor daily activity performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) of the supervised Customer Service team.
