Job Summary

  • The Operations Manager is responsible for all localized activities of a Material Processing Facility including but not limited to Baling, Water Treatment, Hauling and Transportation, Solidification activities and overall site management.
  • Accountable for the profitability and efficiency of all facility operations while maintaining a safe work site, complying with company policies and procedures, and complying with regulatory agencies.
  • In addition to salary, this role is eligible for benefits including medical, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans; 401 (k) plan; paid parental leave; paid time off; and paid holidays.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership and team building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Ability to analyze information and suggest improvements
  • Background in wastewater treatment, laboratory analysis, regulatory requirements is preferred
  • Some knowledge of hazardous, non-hazardous, and universal waste is preferred
