This role supports the delivery and stability of Procure to Pay services across APAC markets within a purpose-driven consumer health company.
The incumbent acts as the first point of contact for service issues, monitors KPIs, and coordinates root-cause analysis with internal teams and BPO partners.
Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to work across cultures while maintaining compliance with SOX requirements.
