  • Oversee all daily box office operations, including Will Call, Guest List, Ticket Sales, and Ticket Scanning, while reporting to the Box Office Manager.
  • Ensure the highest standards of guest service, accuracy, and efficiency by supervising a team of ticket sellers and facilitating ongoing staff training.
  • Manage financial aspects including cash handling, reconciliation of seller cash drawers, and accounting of ticket sales for each event.
