Transamerica Corporation is seeking a Lead IT Service Management and Compliance Analyst to oversee IT service management processes, execute change management, and manage service lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in ITIL frameworks, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams

Job Summary

  • Participate in the execution of IT Service Management processes and functions, including implementing services, establishing standards, delivering CMDB, and reporting on service metrics.
  • Manage the service lifecycle of new and existing Service Management processes, including design, introduction, amendment, and retirement.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators/metrics for IT Service Management, track process performance, and guide the development of new or changed Service Management processes.
