Job Summary
Participate in the execution of IT Service Management processes and functions, including implementing services, establishing standards, delivering CMDB, and reporting on service metrics.
Manage the service lifecycle of new and existing Service Management processes, including design, introduction, amendment, and retirement.
Meet Key Performance Indicators/metrics for IT Service Management, track process performance, and guide the development of new or changed Service Management processes.

Base: $114,000 - $145,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: Annual Bonus based on Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
