Perform initial examinations and evaluations to establish impairment/diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of care prior to intervention for persons served with basic rehabilitation needs.
Provide, or direct and supervise, therapy intervention consistent with the examination results, involving the patient/client and appropriate others in the plan of care.
