Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
Administer medications, chart resident care, and participate in care plan development and implementation.
