Primary CAN Base Pay Range: $247,000 - $370,400 CAD; Additional CAN Location(s) Base Pay Range: $247,000 - $370,400 CAD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in Data Science, AI and ML
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience
  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP, Hugging Face, Gemini, Claude, Flowise, LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith
  • Experience with ML model integration via APIs (FastAPI, React)
