Job Summary

  • Responsible for optimizing the performance, lifespan, and safety of facility assets and equipment, proactively identifying potential failures and hazards.
  • Key person to analyze leading indicators, execute actions to improve machine reliability, and partner with EHS to assess machine safety risks and drive initiatives.
  • Leads sustainability initiatives, develops sustainability roadmaps, and prepares for improvement/kaizen events focused on carbon reduction, water conservation, and resource optimization.
