  • Provide day-to-day legal advice to North America Alternative Channels insurance executives and underwriters with respect to transactional, regulatory, legal and compliance matters.
  • Work collaboratively with business stakeholders with respect to negotiating, drafting and reviewing MGA and other distribution agreements, captive insurance agreements, policy wordings and endorsements.
