Key Requirements

  • Three (3) years of general building repair and maintenance
  • Knowledge of residential/commercial kitchen and bathroom appliances/ fixtures repair and installation
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum 18 years of age
