Job Summary

  • Deliver best-in-class account management to ensure clients achieve their goals and retain/grow their business.
  • Work closely with revenue and operations teams to grow and retain accounts, advising clients on social media strategy.
  • Manage major brands and/or Fortune 1000 companies, acting as a primary client contact and contributing to new business pitches.
