Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
• CAQ certified/eligible in Pediatric Radiology
• Unrestricted Utah physician license
• Federal DEA Registration II-IV
• Completion of 1 year pediatric radiology fellowship
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification
• Additional neuroradiology fellowship training or significant experience
