Base: $170,000 - $250,000; Bonus/Equity: Competitive compensation packages including company equity; Benefits: 401k matching, gender neutral parental leave, full medical, dental and vision insurance
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years backend engineering experience
Python Java Go Rust or Node.js proficiency
Distributed systems and microservices architecture
Relational and NoSQL database experience
Experience with defi services
Nice-to-have
Crypto custody solution integration experience
Knowledge of KYC AML compliance frameworks
Message queues and streaming systems expertise
High-frequency or low-latency system background
Strong work ethic and creativity
Key Requirements
5+ years production backend engineering experience
Hands-on experience with defi services
Familiarity with financial trading and payment systems
