  • Manages daily decisions as Charge Nurse to maintain continuity of care, patient and staff safety, and oversees delivery of safe, effective quality outcomes.
  • Supervises patient care staff, coordinates patient care plans, administers medications, and ensures compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
