Job Summary

• The role is responsible for overseeing the audits for our entities in Hong Kong, managing the audit portfolio on a day-to-day basis and leading and delivering audits across the Life & Health and Wealth & Pension businesses of Hong Kong, and will be responsible for local board and management reporting.
• The role is responsible for the derivation and completion of the annual audit plan, ensuring high-quality audits assessments are timely completed, and providing insights to senior management.
• A key leadership responsibility is to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing audit team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

• 10–12 years of audit experience
• at least 5 years in a leadership role
• University degree in Accounting or Auditing
• CPA, CA, CIA or CISA designation preferred
• Proficiency in audit and data tools
