Base: $138,600 - $208,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package described on company site

Must-have
5+ years enterprise software solution consulting
Deep cloud architecture and security knowledge
HIPAA and PHI/PII compliance expertise
Experience with State, Local, Higher Education sectors
Strategic presentation skills for C-level executives
Nice-to-have
CISSP, CCSP, or CISM certifications
AI/ML integration experience
Zero-trust architecture familiarity

Key Requirements
5+ years Enterprise Software Solution Consulting experience (Sr) or 7+ years (Principal)
5+ years delivering presentations to executive and technical audiences
Applied working knowledge of cloud architecture, identity management, and encryption
Proven experience in regulated environments like healthcare (HIPAA) and public sector
Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making at executive levels
