Job Summary

• The Business Development Lead Officer is a strategic, seasoned professional who works remotely within the NY Metro region mortgage sales team to promote and drive Community Lending business.
• Responsibilities include proactively building trusted relationships, facilitating financial education, guiding mortgage sales on Community Lending programs, and managing external relationships.

• 6-10 years relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
• Mortgage loan originator registration required
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
• History with NY Market non-profit housing agencies preferred
