Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for managing the installed customer base, ensuring the continuity of support contracts, licenses, and services, as well as identifying value-added opportunities with complementary services.
  • Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients with active Cisco contracts, executing renewal processes for SmartNet, software licenses, and subscriptions, and tracking key expiration dates.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in technology sales, ideally in Cisco Renewals, Licenses, or Services, with knowledge of SmartNet, Enterprise Agreements, and SaaS Cisco.
