  • Cultivates and maintains ongoing customer relationships, developing in-depth knowledge of organizational products and programs, as well as capabilities of team members within the department.
  • Enhances dealer performance in parts and service operations by implementing the Differentiated Dealer Capabilities program and the Service Commitment Program across all dealer service territory.
