The primary purpose of your job position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
Responsible for the overall operational functioning of the facility, including monitoring census, planning and implementing programs, managing budgets, and developing policies and procedures.
Ensures all employees, residents and families are treated with the utmost respect, develops relationships with community and hospital leadership, and monitors industry regulations and compliance updates.
