General Manager (Cleaning Company) – Seeking an Outstanding Team Leader! Market Expansion & Marketing: Identify market trends and formulate effective business development plans. Actively expand B2B commercial cleaning and B2C premium domestic cleaning markets to enhance brand awareness and market share. Team Building & Empowerment: Optimize personnel structure; establish efficient recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance appraisal mechanisms. Enhance the professional skills and service mindset of frontline staff while minimizing turnover rates. Service Quality Control: Establish and refine standardized cleaning service procedures (SOPs) and quality management systems. Adequately handle customer feedback and emergencies to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Financial & Cost Control: Prepare operational budgets; optimize material procurement, equipment maintenance, and labor costs. Ensure a healthy cash flow and maximize profitability. 🎓 Qualifications Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 5 years of senior management experience. A background in the cleaning, property management, hotel management, or domestic services industry is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, cross-functional communication, and coordination skills, with a strong ability to work under pressure. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
