  • The primary purpose of this position is to support the Nursing Department by performing a variety of essential support functions for residents.
  • Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and safety violations to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse immediately.
  • Staff are required to maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas while ensuring resident safety and dignity throughout their shift.
