Key Requirements

  • One year direct supervisory experience or 5 months internal GM group leader
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience managing and leading people
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and rotating shifts
  • Knowledge of Global Manufacturing Systems preferred
  • Experience supervising union employees preferred
