We’re working a fully onsite schedule, with the expectation of a full 5-days a week being onsite, as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Salary
Base: $103,200.00 - $154,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life Insurance, LTD, Dependent Daycare FSA, Tuition Assistance, 401(k) with match, PTO, Holidays, ESPP, EAP, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement, Capital Accumulation Plan

Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

Familiarity with SPC software
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience OR Advanced degree with 2 years of experience
Unrestricted US work authorization (for roles below Principal level)
