Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Experience supporting a large, multi-site workforce
  • Experience supporting field-based, service-oriented, or multi-location operations
  • HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
