Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ALDs), meals, personal care needs, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
This role requires reporting all changes in residents' conditions, accidents, and incidents to supervisors promptly, and maintaining resident confidentiality.
