The candidate will be responsible for all activities related to the implementation of new and reformulation of existing formulations within the Hair Performance Team.
The core responsibility is to provide R&D formulation development for driving the implementation of the 5S, Resilience and Compliance agenda to deliver cross brand technologies across all formats in Hair North America.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or appropriate science
at least 3 years practical experience
formulation in Personal Care preferred
Working knowledge of ingredients, formulation, process and product design principles
Working knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
