Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a warm, positive atmosphere throughout the unit.
