Job Summary
The Olmstead Specialist will serve a specialized role and lead efforts specific to the transition process for residents at JIRDC who are under a MOA and /or on the Community Transition List (CTL).
This position will serve as the primary liaison between the resident’s treatment team, legal guardian, and care coordinator/MCO in matters regarding community re-entry.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in social work
Bachelor’s degree in social work and one year experience
Master’s degree in human services and one year experience
