  • The HVAC Mechanic III is responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, servicing and operations of the HVAC systems and associated equipment at the Universities at Shady Grove.
  • This position is considered “Essential Personnel" subject to 24-hour 7 days/week span of operations, with after-hours service calls expected.
  • The role requires working in various conditions including heights, hazardous environments, and adverse weather, while manipulating heavy equipment and wearing personal protective equipment.
