The specialist is responsible for establishing and enforcing configuration baselines across multiple active defense programs while ensuring accurate documentation in PDM, PLM, and ERP systems.
Candidates must be detail-oriented and disciplined, prioritizing accuracy and traceability over speed to protect product baselines during UAS development.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline
3+ years professional Configuration Management experience
Hands on ECO/ECR process management
Experience with PLM, PDM, and ERP systems
Strong technical writing skills

Experience interfacing with government program offices
Knowledge of EIA-649 and ASME Y14.35 standards
Experience leading technical projects and teams
Familiarity with defense contract change mechanisms
