Manage and mentor District Maintenance Technicians, communicate with executive leadership, and oversee outside vendor relationships for services like cleaning, HVAC, and plumbing.
Complete scheduled preventative maintenance, manage OpenWrench tickets, maintain inventory, and perform basic repairs on various facility systems.
