Must-have
Minimum 10 years freight forwarding experience
Minimum 5 years team management experience
Active Customs Specialist Certification AEO License
Comprehensive airfreight and seafreight customs knowledge
Proven ability to transfer knowledge and resolve issues
Nice-to-have
Strong relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel across provinces
Proficiency in English advantageous
Up-to-date knowledge of customs laws
