Your work protects the legal interests of AIC, and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the making of informed decisions that best serve the Company’s vision and mission to transform Singapore’s community care landscape!
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will manage the legal affairs of AIC and advise on all the legal aspects arising from the transactions that the Company undertakes, including but not limited to the provision of legal support and services to the Business Divisions and Corporate Functions in their projects and programmes, so as to ensure the legal effectiveness and regulatory compliance of all of AIC’s policies and processes.
