MOH Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their Legal & Board Secretariat team in Singapore. This role involves providing legal advice, drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance within the organization while contributing to the mission of improving community care and mental health initiatives

Job Summary

  • Join our Legal & Board Secretariat team as Legal Counsel, and channel your expertise towards the creation of a vibrant care community in Singapore enabling our people to live well and age gracefully, and journeying with them to better mental health and overall well-being in the process!
  • Your work protects the legal interests of AIC, and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the making of informed decisions that best serve the Company’s vision and mission to transform Singapore’s community care landscape!
  • Reporting to the General Counsel, you will manage the legal affairs of AIC and advise on all the legal aspects arising from the transactions that the Company undertakes, including but not limited to the provision of legal support and services to the Business Divisions and Corporate Functions in their projects and programmes, so as to ensure the legal effectiveness and regulatory compliance of all of AIC’s policies and processes.
