Kaiserkraft is seeking an FP&A Associate Manager to join their East Operations Finance team in Amsterdam. The role focuses on financial performance management, analytics, and coordination across various operational functions within the East region, including Eastern Europe and the Middle East

Job Summary

  • You will be managing and piloting our EAST OPS Performance, assessing Risks and Opportunities, providing the run rate projection, tracking the expectations versus commitment, sharing insights across teams and supporting in operational plan deployment.
  • We are looking for a high performing team player who will be responsible for EAST OPS EBITDA Process gatekeeping and will be leading EAST OPS Continuous Improvement, Benchmarking and Cost efficiency optimization.
  • You will be coordination between Operations' Functions and across commercial Business Units.
