Base: $74,911.00 - $139,121.00 salary per year; Bonus/Equity: annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards; Benefits: health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation

Key Requirements
3-7 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in interpreting AutoCAD drawings
Strong knowledge of SMPTE ST 2110
Hands-on expertise with encoders, decoders, transcoders
Previous experience with news live productions is a strong plus
