Job Summary

The Development Field Officer will mobilize communities to own their development process, facilitate planning and monitoring, and ensure effective sponsorship project operations.
This role requires regular travel with 70% field work and 30% office work, working closely with local authorities, partners, and community groups to achieve development goals.
