Job Summary

  • The Development Field Officer will mobilize communities to own their development process, facilitate planning and monitoring, and ensure effective sponsorship project operations.
  • This role requires regular travel with 70% field work and 30% office work, working closely with local authorities, partners, and community groups to achieve development goals.

Key Requirements
