This role requires developing Process Leads and Operators to increase engagement in maintaining safety aspects, product quality compliance, and driving continuous improvement through Kaizen events.

Must-have
Lean manufacturing knowledge implementation
ISO 14001/9001 knowledge required
Three to five years supervisory experience
Safety procedures and principles knowledge
ERP systems usage experience
Nice-to-have
JDE ERP system experience
Ceridian Dayforce timekeeping software
Kaizen event facilitation skills
Team building and conflict resolution
Microsoft Office suite proficiency
Key Requirements
Four Year Degree desired
Three to five years manufacturing supervisory experience preferred
