Job Summary

  • Independently lead the end-to-end recruitment process including intake meeting, composing JD, job posting, candidate searching & selection, interview arrangement, offer management and onboarding follow-up for all-level positions in China.
  • Lead recruitment activities and setup cross-area talent supply strategy & mechanism for Bay region (Guangdong, Hainan and Hong Kong).
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business and HR stakeholders to collectively drive recruitment results and address business needs.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor or above degree
  • Minimum 6 years working experience in Talent Acquisition
  • MNC background highly preferred
  • Proven track records in leading recruitment projects
  • Knowledge of digital tools in recruitment
  • Native speaker of Mandarin
  • Fluent English highly preferred
  • Familiar with ATS and labor laws
  • Able to accept flexible working location or business travel
