Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Validation experience in automation or utilities
Strong technical writing skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project
Experience with FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ documentation
Nice-to-have
Experience with entire project lifecycle from concept to startup
Flexibility with tasks and strong analytical capabilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel for installation and startup activities
Key Requirements
Minimum 2-7 years experience for Validation Engineer II level
Minimum 7+ years experience for Sr. Validation Engineer level
Minimum 10+ years experience for Sr. Project Manager level
