Develop and execute prospecting and marketing plans, collaborate with VP, Sales and General Manager, and schedule sales calls and business development activities to grow the pipeline.
Manage, coach, and develop sales managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with market demand and accurate revenue forecasting.
