  • Responsible for executing the sales process as interim Sales leader to bridge the gap during a sales vacancy, maximizing club revenue through new business and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and execute prospecting and marketing plans, collaborate with VP, Sales and General Manager, and schedule sales calls and business development activities to grow the pipeline.
  • Manage, coach, and develop sales managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with market demand and accurate revenue forecasting.
