This role requires leading a cross-functional Growth Team responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle from planning to phasing out.

Salary
Base: $160,500 - $235,400; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program and stock awards for Director level and above; Benefits: Comprehensive package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match
