  • This leader will serve as a trusted executive partner to senior GTM leaders, guiding organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and people strategy across a distributed, remote-first client group primarily based in North America.
  • The role will also lead and elevate a small HRBP team as the function continues its shift toward more strategic business partnership.

  • Data fluency and comfort using people analytics
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity
