Job Summary

• The Strategic Hospital Partnership Lead is primarily responsible for partnering with customers to develop business solutions that will drive profitable growth through best-in-class customer satisfaction by leveraging the company's entire portfolio of products, services, and solutions.
• This role involves partnering with Account Management Teams and collaborating closely with internal Business Units, Medical, GCTO, and other CFTs to take a holistic, long-term view of partnerships.
• Key activities include market and customer understanding, strategic partnership plan development, partnership plan implementation and tracking, and integrated taskforce team management.

• Commercial, field force management experience preferred
