Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • BSc Hons Building Surveying RICS accredited degree
  • Actively working towards MRICS membership
  • Understanding of CDM 2015 and Building Safety Act

  • Experience with JCT and NEC forms of contract
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or digital surveying tools
  • Sector experience in education, healthcare or government

Key Requirements

  • BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying
  • Active pursuit of MRICS professional membership
  • UK residency proof of 5 years or longer for security clearance
