Job Summary

• This role is designed to provide on-site operational support at Cat Compact stores, ensuring alignment with brand expectations and facilitating continuous improvement.
• The Cat Compact Marketing & Sales Consultant will be embedded within dealer operations to consult on enhancements, validate inventory, gather voice of customer (VOC) feedback, and support digital integrations.
